Thanks for visiting my site. Heaven knows how you got here.
I’m just an average woman trying to find my way around my many faults and failures, the catastrophes unforeseen and those brought down upon myself, always mindful of the blessings overflowing my life, and keeping an eye out for opportunities to grow in love and faith.
About Cooperating with Grace:
This weblog was started as a one-way letter to a friend who is no longer with me, a way to continue conversations that were fun, meaningful and respectful, and that I miss a great deal. ‘Cooperating with Grace’ is a phrase we hear in the Church frequently, but not too long ago, I heard it said by a priest on the radio in the context of Catholics and Christians needing to go along with the saving work of God’s grace in order to accomplish His good in our lives and in those lives we touch. At the time, it struck me as a very real message of advice for me. Cooperating is hard, which is why –although I’ve arrived –I’m ‘not yet’ arrived too. Don’t take the already/not yet reference too literally; it refers to me personally and is not a reflection of my theology.
I hope this weblog finds you in peace. If not in the coming, then in the going. God bless you.
